I am a wishful nudist, loving the freedom it gives me. However, I'm also a closet nudist. Unfortunately, my wife isn't into it yet. I travel some so the first thing I do when I get to a hotel room is strip to nothing and relax.

I first became interested in naturism when I was fourteen or fifteen years old. I'd seen a magazine with a nude woman wandering around in the woods. Rather than seeing it as sexual image, I became fascinated with the aspect just what she was doing. I grew up out in the country and next thing I'm doing is wandering by the river, nude, and loving it. I've never had a true naturistic experience around others. Maybe some day.

I'm currently working on a second college degree in Exercise and Sports Science. I'm doing it one class at a time, but I'm doing it.

Who I'd like to meet

Friends with similar interests. I'm pretty new to this, though I have been considering it for some time... high school, at least. Rather than be a closet nudist to the whole world I figured I'd step out and meet others.

My Interests

My friends (not to mention my wife) think I'm a bit of an oddity. On one hand, I'm a competitive powerlifter. I hold three state records for my age and weight class. I love being in the gym with the chalk, sweat, clanging iron plates, grunting and even the swearing. On the other hand, I'm an opera fanatic. I love the beauty of the music, the drama, tragedies, and comedies that come with the stories. I recently saw the Met's live performance of "Don Pasquale." I thought it was brilliant and I was on the edge of my seat the whole performance. I'm also an aspiring novelist who loves books (and hates math).

Movies

I love movies from the Silent era through the 40's. Give me anything with Mary Pickford, Clara Bow, Lillian or Dorothy Gish, Colleen Moore, Vivien Leigh, Veronica Lake, Barbara Stanwyck, Lauren Bacall, and so many more!More modern movies I enjoy include: Pan's Labyrinth, Zombieland, S1mone, My Man Godfrey, The Goonies, Facing the Giants, Joshua, Fireproof, Stardust, Tin Man, Rudy, The Lake House... pretty eclectic overall.

Music

Despite my love of opera, I'm pretty widely varied in my other music likes. I like Xandria, Within Temptation, After Forever, Mediaeval Baebes, Epica, Krypteria, Korpiklaani, Eluveitie, and Sirenia.In that selection there's some metal, symphonic/operatic metal, folk metal, and neo-Renascence.Outside of what happens in opera, I'm not into classical, too much. I really don't like music from the 50's - 70's. Just my opinion. Sorry, classic rock lovers.
