About seianudist
Enjoy the small simple things in life, go barefoot, be nude often and laugh daily. Be happy with your body. I used to be ashamed of mine, was teased by others as a kid. Once I accepted the fact that I love being nude. I decided to embrace it by becoming a nudist, live like we are born. This has helped me feel good about myself, great for helping one's self-image. I hope by stating this it helps others.
