About QuantumTraveler
I'm very much a dreamer. Ever since I was a kid, I've wanted to do something epically awesome with my life. It took a long time, and a lot of reading and studying, but I figured out what I want to do.
I really want to spend the rest of my life attempting to either find naturally occurring wormholes or build an artificial one. That's why I'm in school at PSU getting my PhD in Applied Physics. I know that success is very much a long shot, but I've got to try. After I graduate, I'm planning to get a grant so I can open up my own research lab. I want to build my own equipment for the lab, and get funding for Oregon's first particle accelerator, which I believe will help me either find or create the wormholes I'm seeking.
When I'm not trying to bend the laws of physics, I enjoy a huge range of activities. I mainly like going to the coast, camping (preferably in forests or at the beach), snowboarding, hiking, checking out dive bars and concert venues, swimming, seeing movies, visiting Sauvie Island, and getting to know people.
