I'm looking for a soul mate. I can tell within 20 minutes of talking to someone if I could spend the rest of my life with them. If I determine that you are not a potential soul mate, then I don't want to waste any more of your time or mine. Also, don't assume that my looking for a soul mate rules you out; I'm a patient man. I was a professional musician for ten years.
I have several rental properties and am a jack of all trades and a master electrician. Right now I am semi retired. One can never totally retire with rental property. LOL
