About grysjbrg
I retired after nearly 27 years doing ITC (Computer) support at Flinders University of South Australia in October 2011. In 1999 my first marriage of 25 years ended and in 2000 I met a wonderful woman (Gill) who I married in 2009. She is not a nudist and is not comfortable unclothed herself, but after some initial reticence, she is comfortable with me being nude whenever I'm home. We therefore don't mix with other nudists, but would love to start doing so on a casual basis - perhaps through this organisation.
I used to run long distance to keep fit (10 km per day) until my back gave up on me. I then took up cycling, thinking I would cycle until I fell off the bike in my 90s! I used to cycle to work each day (200 km per week, but after some back surgery, I could no longer cycle in the crouched position. I also had to stop bushwalking as I couldn't carry the weight of a backpack with needed gear.
I had a neural stimulator fitted in 2009 - electrodes in my spine are fed with electric pulses - to mask the neuropathic pain in my feet. This has allowed me to once again enjoy an active life almost pain free with minor restrictions. Luckily Gill is able to lift reasonable weight!

Who I'd like to meet
Other nudists (male and female) who also enjoy the freedom and joy of being nude as much as possible. We enjoy the company of young-at-heart, intelligent people.
My Interests
I am still involved with the technical side of computing, photography, music, cycling and swimming. I also spend as much time as possible with my 2 grandsons. We have some really good friends who we mix with often, and some neighbour friends who we see more often. During the summer I try to go to our local community 50 metre swimming pool and do laps to keep fit. We also like travelling overseas, as Gill has siblings in the UK, and we both enjoy the same sort of things such as snorkelling, meeting and mixing other people, young and old.I enjoy bird watching (we have some interesting parrots near our home) and I have captured some reasonable photos of them.
Movies
Prefer movies with some depth and meaning, especially those that invoke the emotions and leave me thinking about the subject matter.
Music
Jazz - small groups, not big band (Jaqu Louisier, Dave Brubeck, ), popular classical (Bach, Chopin, Phillip Glass, etc) and most acoustic Guitar music.
My Heroes
Some of the children my wife cares for at our local Womens and Childrens Hospital where she heads the Acute Pain Management section.Emergency response people (paramedics, fire(wo)men, police).
