Hello everyone. My name is Kato. My Partner, Luna, and I have begun teaching Nude Yoga classes in Orlando, FL back in 2014. We have now moved the business to St. Augustine, FL and only teach in Orlando once or twice a year. There are currently a couple of Men's Nude Yoga classes but no one was offering any for Co-Ed and as we've seen popularity in LA, NY, and Texas in Co-Ed Nude Yoga classes we thought it would be a great idea to give people that option in Orlando. We moved to the St. Augustine and Luna have been teaching nude yoga once a month in Jacksonville, FL, Weekly classes at our home studio and Online classes for purchase on VIMEO and previews on YouTube. Current Classes can be found at one of the four locations listed below: Facebook Page: www.facebook.com/nurevealyoga; www.nurevealyoga.com; ZenPlanner App (NuRevealYoga) and www.yogatrail.com/LunaPhoenix. We also have a beginners DVD that contains two excellent yoga classes (including Chair Yoga) and gives you some good beginner information on how to breathe properly throughout your yoga experience. If you would like a copy of the DVD, you can e-mail us at info@nurevealyoga.com. We placed the DVD online for purchase on VIMEO if you wish to purchase it from there. Luna is always looking for suggestions of what classes to teach so please provide your suggestions here or email us at info@nurevealyoga.com. Email is better since we are rarely on this platform.
