I guess it is true what they say, the older yoou get the harder it ios to stay in shape. I Guess i enjoy food too much. Love the water and all water activities. I love to hike, workout and run. I would love to find friend s to enjoy outdoor nudism. Havent had an opportunity to find others to share the lifestyle with.
