We are not really sure if we would be classified as nudists or if there is even specific criteria one would have to meet? Maybe someone could elaborate. All we know is it feels good to be naked more then clothed. There seems to be good science behind the numerous physical and psychological benefits of being nude more often. Unfortunately with the strict laws about nudity it is not too easy to practice or maybe we just need to be more educated on the ways around it. We have spent most of our career in the health and wellness world where body image is over emphasized and sadly creating a huge population of people that have a very negative body image. So much that many people working in the industry have a distorted view of their physical appearance and the importance it plays in life. Both of us have struggled with this for a while and first started to use nudism as a way to get past the unhealthy ego and judging ourselves on physical appearance. We have only been practicing for about 6 months and mostly by ourselves in the house except for a pool party that got a bit out of control in a good way this summer. Lots of naked people! The male half has done naked Yoga once as well and we have finally ventured out onto some local hiking trails with nothing but our shoes:) We ultimately want to use our experiences to help our clients, but first we need to have more social nude experiences and better understand the lifesyle completely. We will continue hikes in the nude, as they are a great stress relief as long as you don't get in trouble. We would also love to get a naked yoga class started in our area if anyone is interested. We are both very open and excited to make new friends and experience naked and healthy lifestyle full of pleasure.

Who I'd like to meet
Other like minded people, preferably somewhat local, that we can socialize with either fully clothed or completely naked. Since we are very new to the nudist world we would love to meet some more experienced nudists to show us the ropes or newbies like ourselves that we can share first time experiences with together. We are very physical and like the outdoors so couples or singles that enjoy being active if a plus but by no means a requirement. We are not myopic in our thoughts or living so we do not want to limit our friendships to only people who are active. That would be boring. The most important is stimulating conversation.
