- Hi, I am a new member to this forum and I have finally found some likeminded people in this world. Health and fitness are huge focuses for me in my retirement life, which goes hand in hand with my nudist lifestyle and interest. I have a spiritual side as well and enjoy nude meditation whenever possible. The biggest need for me is to share nudism with both men and women, to maximise the freedom sensation and to discuss individual experiences.
