Our first naturist experience

We were already accustomed to textilfrei wellnesses but had never experienced naturism. I had talked to her about it several times but she surprised me when she told me that she had noted that Lokrum island had a naturist beach and that we could give it a try.
She didn't have to tell me twice! We paid a visit to Lokrum, it's monastery and Iron Throne, got something to eat, went for a stroll and ended up to the sought after FKK beach.
We found a spot and got undressed. After a bit of relaxing time, we went for a swim. Beware of the current! It's easier to circle around the island in one direction than the other. Me and my wife got separated at some point. A woman went swimming nearby me. The rest of our Lokrum experience was really nice. This experience in Lokrum was pure bliss. It was our first and unfortunately our last naturist experience. I hoped for a new attempt in Barcelona the next year but one year had made her wanting it less, ending up keeping bathing suits on a supposedly (and crowded) mixed beach.
Since then, covid, a baby, etc. You get the idea.
