A while back I called DeAnza Springs resort when a man answered, I asked what the conditions were there, he replied it was warm and that the resort was nearly up to capacity with only a couple of open spaces left. I was in Laughlin Nevada and I did not want to drive over four hours to a place that was not warm as I wanted to spend as much time nude in the sun as possible. After calling and making a reservation to one of the few spots left and driving over four and a half hours I was appalled to find the weather cold and gale force winds, there was nearly no one visiting the park, I went into the office and asked the two office attendants about the man reporting to me the weather was warm and sunny, thy said the only man there is the owner Dave, and that I must be mistaken about any report of warm and sunny with only a couple spots open, they were rude and very un business like! I said I was not going to pay to stay and they stated they do not refund cancellations of less that two weeks away, as I had all ready given them my credit card number when making a reservation over the phone. I have never been so mistreated by a resort charring the AANR insignia, my advice is don't waste your time or money on this indignant rip off of a so called nudist resort business! Very unprofessional is a understatement, also after asking around in other nudist resorts I talked to many other people report having similar problems at DeAnza Springs Resort as well.
