Welcome to the sun-kissed sands of Miners Beach in Port Macquarie, a haven for those who embrace the nudist and naturist lifestyle. Tucked away with nature's embrace, this clothing-optional beach offers a serene escape where the waves kiss your bare feet, and the sun warms your soul. As one of...
No Longer a nudist beach.
Return to DiscussionsThe council declared this in about July 2020 because reports of homosexual and other misbehaviour by so called nudists seen by passers by on the beach who reported it. This sort of behaviour destroys our way of life shuts down the nude beaches we love
Miners Beach is NOT a Nude beach any more.
What a pity about Miners Beach @ Port Mac, but I think the council purposely built the walkway so it wasn't so remote anymore to make it easy to change it's designation from being a legal nudist beach.
As for Tyagarah Beach, if you came in from the Black Rocks Road the legal part was to the (right) south of the beach exit, it has been known for years that the people (couples and singles) that used it for more than nude bathing went to the left. The real nudist had been countering the perves in the legal nude beach area of taking photos with their phones to report to police and get them actively trying to clean up the legal part and move on the dune dwelling idiots. Yes some people have been coping abuse but most will run and hide from being photographed and reported to Police. I have never had any problems at the legal part of the beach, both as a single male nudist or with my ex.
Mind you I have seen profile on TN that used to play in the dunes that now are dead set against it, if you are a true nudist you know the right area to go, unfortunately a beautiful remote nudist beach is always going to attract some of the idiots, help by weeding them out and chasing them out of the legal areas, there is enough remote coastline in that area that they can go there to get there rocks off.
