The word "uncut" suggests that "cut" is normal, though the majority of men in the world are not cut. So I use the word "intact" in reference to a penis that has not been surgically altered.
The intact man can show his glans if he chooses, or he can remain covered if he'd rather. The cut man has no choice with his glans always exposed. Also many cut men's scars are impossible to hide. Nothing attractive about a scar on a penis.
Being uncut, I think the foreskin at the penis head looks UGLY to say the least. However, I AM fortunate enough to have a loose enough foreskin, that I can roll it into itself to uncover the dome and give me the appearance of being 'cut'.

Personally I find circumcised penises look sad. Dried out with scars... I feel so bad for the owners of them. I know for most of them it wasn't their choice, and that's probably the worst part of all of it. There's so much versatility with foreskin, so many ways it can be manipulated to produce different levels of orgasm, and without it these things can never be experienced.
