The beach on the Gulf, east of High Island is not official but there is some nudity there. The road was washed out by Hurricane Ike, but in a bigger vehicle you can get there, about 3 miles east of High Island.

I would say Emerald Lakes. I'm not sure about going North of Beaumont though.
