Well, I was born with no genitalia. I have no penis, testes, sex drive or sensations and am I guess permanently pre-pubescent. Yes I am 46xy keryotype male, but faulty Leydig & sertoli calles led to penile & testicular agenesis. I am one in 20 million. But then so were Joe Montana, Babe Ruth, Bob Dylan LOL!
I did start on constructive surgery but it has never been done to full success (reproduction) from female to male. Technically I could pee, become aroused, climax. But I could never cerebrally orgasm or reproduce.
I asked myself why I was doing it. The simple answer was to appease and impress others. But had naturists not taught me to respect my body as it was given to me? So, after talks with the very understanding surgical team, I called it off.
I still do have a prosthetic already implanted in me. You see, when you find a donor, he is usually having a sex-change from male to female. So he needs the internal penis to form the new labia etc. Only the external penis is donated. Therefore the internal bit had to be prosthetic.
