Return to DiscussionsI have been a very bold nudist and actor. However, I recently was asked about teaching. They googled my name and advised that I should remove my true name from any nude photos and videos of myself to eliminate parental consternation.
Since I want the job, I complied.

I lost the job because they were concerned parents and kids would find some sites. I have removed all I could, but there are still orphan links out there. I am not taking all from public view, just deletely all tags---regardless the other links remain and so I lost it.
I have been a very open and bold nudist for decades. Back in the late 1980s and early 1990s, I did a lot of nudist public relations. I did 300+ radio interviews, many television segments and newspaper interviews. I google my name this morning and discovered about a half dozen articles from as early as 1991 that quote me. Yes, those old pieces are online for anyone to read. Good copy--but I also realized that my effort to secure a job may be difficult because of the impossibility of eradicating all of my nudist references.
Thus, I am not going to fret anymore. I changed my profile pic back to a nude one. While I shall not tag my nudist material with my name, I refuse to bury myself and principles. If my pictures and videos are seen, they are seen. It they are shared, so what. I can do low key, and yet accept that I cannot hide.

That is the reason I use my artistic name for this instead of my full real name, though it is my real name. Boyd Allen is my first and middle name.
But it will eventually bite me in the naked butt, but after ten years, nothing happened. But then again, I have not been out there like you have. AANR is really good about supporting you if you ask for their advice when it comes to public venues such as radio talk and interviews. Interviews are a real concern since they can go from simple honest interview to a crazy talk show that focuses on belittling the guest. So they are full of advice.

My acting career has ups and downs. But I am hanging in there. At the moment, I am culling information for creating a website. After some consideration, I will have a section for my nude modeling and acting.
A friend has posted my nude zombie clip online with extensive tagging, so anyone googling me has the potential of finding. That's fine. I am now seeking to garner 10,000 views by March 1. I discovered that people who see that clip tend to google and watch my non nude clips. Thus, I now urge others to share, email and post the link. Actors need exposure..
