What do you think it would take to have a small area of the lake where people could go to enjoy the sun naturally? I wouldn't know who to petition, if it would need to go on a ballot, or if you could get enough signatures from VA residents.

I agree. I don't see any official clothing optional areas happening in Virginia outside of private property. I would also bet that if Jefferson Pools ever open again they'll require suits, tradition be damned.
