A group for those of us who think running is a nice way to exercise. Do not think there are so many of us who are able to run naked as the group is for both naked and clothed runners.

Should we start a strava group
Return to DiscussionsI feel like we should start a strava group and we can do virtual runs or maybe even some zoom yoga classes for after our run. For anyone that dosent know what strava is its a running app but in a way that is social kinda like if facebook or insta had a kid with a running app. you should check it out on strava.com or download the app. Its really fun and better than most fitness apps.
