Had a great run at Lake Como this morning! Just missed the bronze medal for my age. Have to work on my pace for next year!

Any day wandering naked without a care in the outdoors is a great day! Only thing to improve it would be to have friends there too. Hopefully next time. Have you recovered from your injury yet?
