Both of us are straight and professionals. Easy to get along with. Im a software developer the other roommate is a doctor. We have 3 bedrooms and utilities are split 3 ways. We don't care about your sexuality.
The room is ready for viewing. I dont mind answering any questions. We are very open. But dont message if you have no intentions of being serious.
The room is spacious. It has a private bathroom and spacious walk-in closet.
The area is Smyrna, right outside Buckhead. Marietta is down the street. So there are lots of professionals in the area. Its about 20 minutes from Buckhead on any given day--many times its less. Rent is about $400 per month for the master bedroom. Private bathroom included.
Simply have a job. Race is not important. Be professional. We want friendly people. Not someone who has a bunch if irrational hang ups. We will accommodate as much as possible.
The place is very clean, nice community, very quiet. Unfurnished. (If you need a mattress, we can help you find a good mattress that wont hurt your back. We have Amazon , takes only 2 days.)
One roommate is straight, white and is a medical doctor. The other roommate, which is me, is black and I'm a software developer. We are both slender. I workout at LA Fitness regularly.
I'm not a big nudist, but I want to create a space where people who feel comfortable in their own skin do not feel they have to always be completely imprisoned in their clothes. I do like the option of being able to come home from time to time and unwind when I want to and not always be fully dressed. I assume there are other guys out there who feel comfortable in their skin and wish they could find roommates that were cool with some nudity.
