First Experience with a Past life
Return to DiscussionsI have always been somewhat of a Psychic especially in such fields as Precognition, Auras, Angels, Empathy, et al. Therefore I would go to some Psychic chat lines to chat, Not the Pay the Psychic, but normal everyday people who had such gifts of fore and hindsite.
One day while on line some of the more powerfull Psychics started to ask me if I spoke Greek. I replied that I spoke French, English, Spanish, Portuguese and Latin but no Greek. They kept it up that they saw me involved in Greek. So I was asked to just type what I felt. I went into this story about being in a large, outdoor, marble room, a marble table was set in the center and the walls were full of niches with Papyrus document in them. The room was open to view the beautiful bleu waters nearby.
I went on to tell them that the room was on fire, Roman soldiers in full battle gear were running about "outside" the area but it was not the time of Christ. Everything outside was in disarray. When asked how did the fire start I answered my half brother started it. I was in charge while the director of the place was away, Her name, as i mentioned was Casiopaiea. The Psychics told me to leave the area, save myself. I told them it was too late , I could not
Where all this came from I had no idea. I had never heard of anything like it before, And the others told me to think on it.
A week later one of them was on line again and asked me if I realized where I was. I told them I was still dumbfounded. If I was dumbfounded then, wait till you hear what I learned afterward. She told me to look up the Great Library of Alexandria. I did so and was totally shocked
The Great Library of Alexandria was the center of learning in, obviously, Alexandria. a city founded by Alexander the Great. It held papyrus scrools in many subjects including Witchcraft, Homosexuality and expecially Mathematics. ( a devils subject, I guess things never changed lol) A civil war broke out (Brother against Brother) and an assault against the Library took place in about 360 BC. The Library was burned, the assistant custodian was killed in the fire with many others, Absent at the time was the Libraries director, a woman by the name of Casiopeia.
Everything was exactly as I had described it. The main language was Greek however, a language I claimed not to know. Several pictures were included in the articles I looked up and I looked at them and said things such as: "No this is wrong", "No that is the wrong color for the walls", "No that bust was not in this room but another." "Yes that was right" Things that I was certain were correct and no one could change my mind. I swear that if I ever visited modern Alexandria I could point out where the Great Library stood, where the minor one was and even where Cleopatra's residence was.
This was my first experience and it proved uncanny in its specifics.
I was told of other lives, one of which I was a black man in the Carribean during the later 1770's and killed by a pack of dogs while trying to escape (something) Reading some books I found out that at that time the Islands were rioting against the rich Foreigners who abused the population as slaves to work the sugar plantations. An unrising started and dogs were used to track down runaway slaves and kill them, No mercy was shown. BTW I am white I wonder if that is why I don't like dogs to this day? I also have been able to predict accurately most of the major fires in the city I grew up in ( no I am not an arsonist)

What an interesting story. You say about your skills as precognition, etc. Do you have memories since you were a kid at respect or those abilities appeared when you were grown?
The description you do about The Great Library of Alexandria is very accurate. It's amazing and shocking at the same time. When I was a kid, used to fear dogs. I have vague memories of being persecuted with dogs in a wood in other life.
In my case, I have memories since I was a child. Memories of other lives and remembrances from the period between lives. As I'm rational and skeptic in some way, organized an experience that consisted in three steps. One, to be hypnotized by a serious therapist. Step two, to know about previous lives throughout mediumship. And Three, to get details of previous lives by hypnosis of a third person who was involved in my past lives (and also verifying through mediumship). In the same precess tried to test mediumship stuff, how precise it could be. The three steps matched perfectly one into the other. My last life is the one I have blurry shots in my mind. I was in the States, "glued" to a gray Chevy and used to visit the French Quarter in New Orleans. I was linked to a war but couldn't access to more information. In future time I will carry on with that because that life affects me today, even to come back so soon produces certain effects on the person. The previous life was in Austria in the XIX Century. Previously was a Dutch painter. Used to paint church roofs mainly. Before that life used to live in the South of England, at the second half of XV Century. In 1000 AC was a South Norway Viking and previous to that, lived in Cyprus as a Greek. If you want a more detailed explanation, please ask me to.

Interesting, I would love to know more about your experiences in previous lives
I agree that we bring things forward, In my case, the precognition of fires, and the hatred of dogs ( not a dislike, but an actual hatred). How can one be so affected in a previous life by being killed by fire and dogs not play forward?
My precognition was the first of my Gifts to appear. And it took the form of predicting fires acurately. I could pin point the place, the damage.... everything. It seems like the gifts come at you with negative impacts to grab you attention, Let you know they are there and to take heed of what they say. But mine grew as I did and as I could accept them. By the time I was in college, I had the gift of Auras, and Empathy. Chanelling came later as did the Angels. I am told that I still have more gifts coming.
These gifts did not provide me clues of previous lives, but did open me up to the possibility of them. I have always been told that I have an "old soul" If I had an old soul, of course it had to have had previous experiences, Souls dont just lay there and wait for you, do they?
As you point out, you were just a humble person in previous lives. I think that many people think they had to be famous. Such is vanity. But we are just normal people, just as we are now. My one question is, was I a nudist in my previous lives and what brought on this desire to be nude, Was it the result of a previous life or something in this life
Hi Rick, first of all I apologize for delaying so much to answer your post. About your wonder towards if nudity could be dragged from one life to the next, my opinion is "yes". As likes and dislikes, vices and behaviors, etc. Another interesting question is: what causes that some of us like to live without clothes (sometimes or always depending on the case)? An specific trauma? Is it related to previous stiffy lives and then it canalizes into a supreme freedom desire? Or just after hard life some of us proposed to enjoy life just enjoying to be alive and to be in contact with life/nature through our bare skin? Were we somewhere natives, or part of a tribe who was connected to nature? Or may be those called "pagans" in the Middle Ages who lived nudity hided in forests?
Respect your ability to predict fires, I think to die burnt in flames was a very traumatic experience for you. I think that big trauma woke up the "instinct" to be receptive about possible fires. I think it's a consequence of your experience. Perhaps the fact you died in fire was an accident, or perhaps you fired people time before and you programmed that life to put in order your cognition that leaded you to burn people before and if you don't get it, then live it by yourself. You know through history soldiers and invaders used to lock people (generally into churches because of its dimensions, all village population in there) and burn them in there. Empathy could be the virtue you needed to develop in that life, and you get it now. Perhaps to live that horror, made you learn this virtue. I always wonder why are we so stubborn or so clumsy that is needed to suffer to learn. If we can just follow ancient thought like the one which says: "The wise men learn form others experiences; the fools learn by their own"
Yes, it's common that some people say I was someone important. it could be, in fact it happens. But it's not a regular thing, one case in millions of millions. I remember one case of a man who assured he was Napoleon. Throughout hypnosis, it resulted he wasn't Napoleon if not a very faithful soldier who fought in his battle-lines.

Hi Bob, what you share here is a clear example of past lives remains. At that age, we use to remember about our previous lives (I did, in fact), and we were very sure at respect. As time goes by, we are sometimes convinced or those ideas dispersed. But sometimes we keep those ideas inside and when find a place to share them we start getting back much of those memories. Perhaps you were a Mayan, or a conqueror, or from another ancient people who visit Mayan territory. You know now it's being proved that ancient people weren't so steady as we learnt till 5 o 6 years ago. I understand your anger when you were a child. It happened the same to me.
