If you have had any Ed issued because of Prosate operations a vacuum can be a great help-- also if you have Peyronies Disease or a curved penis-- it can help to straighten it out. osbon pump..

i have used an osbon pump for years. it has been a successful option. the only issue i had was the constriction band can be a bit uncomfortable. I find being shaved helps with the removal of the band.

Yes, I try to keep shaved all the time.....Much less painful for the removal of the bands.......Joseph
