RE: DECIDING WHAT TO GET FOR NIPPLEStraight barbells work better for me. I like the look of rings but they tend to get caught on things. I would start with a straight barbell and if you want rings later you can try it after it heals some.

RE: DECIDING WHAT TO GET FOR NIPPLEI say the opposite, a ring is better to start with. A bar logically has to open free ends to catch on clothing and anything passing by and will tear at your fresh healing nipples.
