There's nothing like a breeze blowing on me bare under my dresses. I love it!.. Love wearing those short dresses with the wind blowing when I am out on public and have to wear something.
I actually saw a women leaving a small business office with a loose mid thigh skirt on. The wind picked up earlier that day and when she was leaving it blew her skirt right up. She acted calm and normal. Dont know if I was the only one that saw but she was bare underneath. It was great. .
It's always exciting to see someone who isn't so freaked out when their more private body parts are momentarily exposed to strangers. It gives me hope that there are people out in the clothed world who aren't so stuck up about themselves that they think a second of their ass, coochie or breast showing is going to make anyone who sees them try to accost them, or a woman with a child is going to be upset, thinking their child is going to be scarred permanently due to the view of skin.
I was waiting in the car for my cousin and her two kids to come out of the changing building at the municipal pool in town a few years ago, and this woman up near the pool was facing the parking lot where I sat and without any warning she removed her bikini top and pulled a loose shirt over her head, the whole view took maybe five seconds. I was so surprised and quite titillated by her matter-of-fact exposure that I felt my body immediately react.
