Older Male Nudists
Maturity has its advantages--we grow in wisdom and self-acceptance with each passing year. As older males we're able to relax and enjoy life, let go of work pressures and everyday tedium. Being nudists enriches our lives even more, since it enables us to accept the changes in our bodies and physicality. Role model, mentor, or daddy: all are new ways others see and relate to us. We're able...
Edging over 60 and PSA results
Return to DiscussionsSo, let me be honest with you guys.
Over 60, just retired, naked all day.
I have found myself with more time to masturbate. I started edging, and liked it. I did not ejaculate after each session. I edged frequently, and would ejaculate maybe once a week.
By chance, I had a PSA done during one of these cycles, and it came back elevated (4.2), up from 2.0. We repeated the test 3 weeks later, with the doctor instructing NO sexual activity for 4 days (no, I didn't tell him about my edging). That test came back with a 2.1.
Have any of you had similar experiences?
Honestly, edging has improved my libido. Not ejaculating every time seems to build my desire to play with myself, and certainly increases my cum size and ejaculation force. I wonder, though, if it aggravates the prostate.
I just read an article that says you should ejaculate no less than 7-8 times a month, and recommend 21 times as a goal for prostate health (in young guys). Prior to edging, my ejaculation rate was once a week.
Your comments will be most welcome.

I can say for sure it makes a huge difference in some men. I was doing mowing on a bumpy riding mower and had sex the day before a PSA, it came in high. I got worried, went to urologist PA since he was booked and he did s DRE prior to another PSA test and higher again, they wanted a biopsy. I went to a NP of my Urologist and she was great! If you want a clean test rest for 48 hours prior. No sex.
. . . well guys, I am 73 and enjoy a full sexual life even if it is with myself. My recent PSA test came back at 1.0. I have been on 5mg Cialis now for over 5 years. My Dr back in New Zealand put me on this to control my BPH, which was not high, but needed to be controlled. I do not ejaculate very much these days, however if I edge for an hour or so, it sure is a lot more. I also have found that using a prostrate massager really does increase the amount. I also have quite a high flow of 'pre'.
Lets all stay as healthy as we can, life is still too much fun and even more so without any clothes to get in the way.

Medically speaking you are correct about the minimum 21 masturbates each month does lower prostate cancer risk. Some other benefits is that it makes your erections harder, regular sex or masturbation works out your pelvic floor muscles to prevent ED and incontinence. It also keeps the angle of your penile dangle perky, aim for 3-5 times a week for rock solid results. It boosts immunity, boosts your mood by releasing good neurochemicals, an orgasm is the biggest non-drug blast available helps you fall asleep due to the release of chemicals into the brain that helps relaxation. It can increase lifespan - a study showed men who had less than 2 or more orgasms/week died at half the rate of men who had less than that number. It can improve your ski. Due to orgasm causing increased blood flow to the ski n. It helps you to get to know your own body better eg what your penis likes and what it doesnt: different techniques are helpful: change positions, eg standing up, etc. the key is to always change your positio ; explore your who,e body not just your penis: other erigenous zones: nipples, sacrum, tops of thighs, and edging, which you already use. Lastly, itimprives heart health: men who had sex once a month or less were 45% more likely to die of cardiovascular disease than men who had 2 or more weekly orgasms.
Keep masturbating or have sexual intercourse with ejaculation. I masturbate nightly and sometimes twice if I wake up early and have morn8ng wood.

I had Prostate surgery during the Summer of '18. Have been having follow-up PSA checks every six months (for the first two years, until Summer of '20). After that, if all is clear, only need to have it done once a year. Last blood draw was done on Feb. 22, just before the shit hit the fan with the Pandemic. Happy to report that results couldn't have been better;
