Nudists Working To Be Healthier
This is a place for anyone who would wants to be healthier today than they were yesterday. It's my hope that we can inspire each other to do better every day. It's a proven fact that folks who eat less "junk" and exercise live longer than those who don't. I want to live a long time so I can be naked more! ;)

Week 4, 1/25/11 Report: Still plugging along on the journey. I've made it 23 Days without missing a workout or going off my diet plan. If you knew me, you'd know how incredible that is. LOL! I've raised my weights for strength training and increased my speed on cardio. I also ordered Power 90 and will give that a try starting next week. I'm an old-school type guy so this will be a complete new experience. Until next time....
One more day and I will have completed 4 weeks of workouts without skipping a day! Still not sure if I'll make my goal but maybe I'll get close! Weigh in Sunday morning local time, stats to get posted sometime Sunday afternoon with a new progress picture.
The best news is my back doesn't hurt much at all. I spent about 2.5 hours straight on my feet tonight and danced some - no pain! Trust me when I say, that is amazing. I usually can't stand still for more than 10 minutes w/o it hurting and dancing has been out of the question for a long time. Rock on!
Well, in spite of my efforts to really push this week and eat clean, I have little to show for it. I show no weight loss on the scale and only .3 drop in BF%. I started on 1/3 at 274 and 35.5% BF and finish at 262 and 32.3% BF. Not bad, I know - but disappointing finish.
Tomorrow begins Power 90... Rock on!
