Nudists Working To Be Healthier
This is a place for anyone who would wants to be healthier today than they were yesterday. It's my hope that we can inspire each other to do better every day. It's a proven fact that folks who eat less "junk" and exercise live longer than those who don't. I want to live a long time so I can be naked more! ;)
Anyone else (besides Littlebare60) doing anything exercise related?
Return to DiscussionsI started this group and have not done squat on a consistent basis. I have just started again. The most frustrating part is that I know a LOT about HOW to do it correctly. I know how to work out without getting hurt. I know the proper foods to consume and what to avoid. I know about water intake and on and on. AND I know I feel a LOT better when i work out. I'm just too dang lazy to stay with it.
But here I go again.... I ate relatively well (no snack foods) today, drank more water than I have been and I did cardio. Day 1 = pass just because I put forth effort for a change. LOL!
Tough part... vacation at the beach next week. Oh I'll eat pretty well and I'll get more exercise than normal just walking the beach (plus the gym) but I LOVE seafood and don't eat it very often. We'll go out 3 or 4 times and I'll enjoy it - otherwise, I'll keep on keeping on.
I'd love to get some good posts going from folks who are tired of being sick and tired or have just decided to be healthier. From the looks of it, we'd be the only active group on here! LOL!
