Return to Discussionsnudists have the right to express themselves just as everyone else does. Everyone is free to practice their own religion and everything else. My question is why should nudity be any different. What is your reason? What do you want to see happen?
Because there is nothing wrong with simple nudism. Lewd and lascivious behavior is not only another matter but also has laws against it.
With all the beachfront property in this country why can't we have more beaches where we can swim and sun without having to wear wet rags? These beaches can be clearly marked so that people that want to go to a beach where other people are nude can go somewhere else.
That is a start.
because we are getting more restrictive as time passes back in the 60's and 70's maybe the 80's if you got caught nude on a beach, trail or your backyard you would probably get a warning or at the most a citation nowday your arrested taken to jail and possible listed as a sex offender, now if i'm in my backyard swimming or pulling weeds or hiking down the trail how am i doing anything sexual, these politicians make laws regarding morale values and the next time you see them they are being arrested for being corrupt, i think they need to check there own morale values. i don't avocate walking down the street nude but see no problem if someone is in their backyard garden, swimming playing volleyball last time i looked it was my backyard and maybe if someone has a problem with nudity maybe they should build a privacy fence not the nudist. i wish every state had nudist acceptance cities it would be interesting to see how the population would size up to other cities in the state.
