People now aday in their hurried lives have I believe forgotten the power and benfits of touch.
A sensual massage either given or received is something that if you have never experienced, is a MAJOR part of your life that you are missing. The idea of massage is thousands of years old and the benifits have been well documented INCLUDING being one of the great stress relievers of about anything that you can do or have done to oneself. Most people who have not had one done or do then to another do not understand that just because you are not having the massage done to yourself, that it is not a stress reliever. This could not be farther from the truth. The fact that you have another laying there on a bed or table or floor next to you and that you are touching in a non-sexual way but only to make them feel good, erlieved and relaxed is something that you too are rather than you know it or not are enjoying and your levels of harmful harmones and chemicals are being dissipated through the simple idea that you are moving your hands along the body of another.
These simple facts have put you in a more mellow and enjoyable frame of mind is therefore bringing YOUR stress levels down, therefore making you forget all about the rest of the day because you are focused on pleasuring another. The "sensual" part of the massage being by vertue that it is someone that you know and/or related with in some way makes the frame of mind in even more of a deeper setting therefore making the whole situation even better for you both. THEN there are the thoughts that you are generating to make the person that you are massaging DESIRE to feel more that just the touch of a normal massage like they would go someplace and pay to have done. The setting is also a big part of the sensuality [NOTICE I DID NOT SAY SEXUALITY] of the whole session. Soft music, warm candles, some aromatheraphy and the like.
Now, i am not saying that this cannot and might not lead to a very nice and sexual evening, but the whole concept of a non-sexual, but erotic massage either giving, receiving and not worring about the gender factor is something that should not be missed.
But as the comedician Dennis Miller is fond of saying: "this is just my opinion, but i could be wrong!"
