Well, the Wildcat is back together, and merely awaiting re-installation in the truck.
Disappointing thing, when my late friend and former race partner built it back in about '98, he
told me it was 10:1 compression. I believed him, as he'd never mislead me before that
I know about.
WELL, after getting all the pieces parts together, assembled, blue-print and balanced, etc. I decided
to CC the thing, and just see exactly what it is.

Disappointing, as I was wanting more efficiency than that out of a gallon of gasoline, and I can
only go so far re-programming the TBI. ( not my limitation, the limitations of the ECM )
About the only way to fix that, get it back up around 9.9:1 or so, would be new pistons, and
a re-balance, re-blueprint, etc. Not this week !
