Totally Nude Yoga
Return to DiscussionsOccasionally I get to do some C/O yoga with a very cool group but not one that knows each other well. This is a mixed gender group. Typically almost all of the men are totally nude and the women wear panties. I have never seen a totally nude female at these sessions. However, recently this group did an outdoor C/O session and there were nearly 40 of us. At this event almost all of the women did get totally nude.
After that session I more understood why the women usually wore panties. While doing poses such as Triangle, where we were bent over to the side and the legs raised fully up I happened to glance at the lady next to me and, well, I got to know her pretty well to say the least. We men don't have any issues with this kind of exposure but I can certainly see why women do.
Any thoughts on this? Especially by other women. Thanks.
We finished this session with the pose called Baby. That is the one where you lay on your back and grab the outsides of your feet, spread the legs as wide as they will go, and stretch the thigh and other muscles. The genitalia is completely exposed and wide open. This was an outdoor session with no over head tree coverage. I remember thinking what an airplane would think of the scene below. We must have been a sight from above. Now that I think of it, how cool would it have been to have a photo taken from above.
