Well, since I'm a nudist, it's only natural to start practicing Yoga in the nude. So free and comfortable. I'm sure that results will come throughout the year.I hear ya. Had been doing yoga at the Y for a couple of years until i blew my knee out snowboarding on new years eve 2013. Just started back up this week at home and I figure why not nude? I have a yoga cd which was just like the class I was taking. Got to take baby steps. don't want to have a setback. Boy did my body feel it after the first session.
