I love yoga and especially like to practice yoga in the nude. My preference is on a quiet beach in the morning while the sun is rising or on the balcony of my flat. I will normally go through the exercis in 30 minutes with breathing following it.
Hello All I practice occassional nude yoga, and i wonder if we can share techniques and methods of yoga. I am sure it would be interesting and fun. I do clothed yoga too, so sharing ideas on that is also fine :)
