New to yoga but need to work on my flexibility. Any good web pages or apps you would suggest. Other ideas or tips?
I use an app called down dog. It's easy and customizable for your needs
I do it everyday. There are a ton of free lessons on YouTube with excellent instructors.
Just be respectful of fellow nudist. Please provide at least one nude profile picture to join this group.
