This group is for anyone who like to practice workout and fitness without any clothes, or completely naked here is your place. Enjoy !
New Lofty fitness goals with incentives and penalties
Return to DiscussionsRight now I weigh 197 lbs, the lightest in over 15 years. I should have my nude home gym set up by the end of the month. All are welcome to join as long as they workout nude since clothing except shoes is prohibited in here.. i am going Wednesday to look at and most likely buy an elliptical machine.
My Goals:
I want to get below 195 by my birthday, mid November.
I want to get to my optimal weight of 180-185 in time for my trip to Mexico City for their WNBR in June
I want to lose at least 1" and hopefully 2" off my waist
I want my abs back! They are actually starting to show
I would like to add at least 1" to my chest.
Now the penalty / incentives:
I will not do any WNBR rides if I weigh more than 200
I will not go to nude beaches if I weigh more than 205
If I get over 220, I will stop wearing Speedos at the pool and will wear board shorts which I absolutely hate.
The associated incentives:
I love being photographed nude and the more fit I am the more people will take pics of me especially on the WNBR rides
I will be setting up a webcam in the home gym and broadcast my nude workouts
Sounds like some good incentives.
Just one suggestion, since WNBRs are good exercise and promote body positivity It may not be a good idea to skip them if you gain weight.
Plus, your next one is several months away.
Why not pause one of more of the following nude activities and dress for them instead:
Pumping gas
Using the ATM
Taking out the trash.
Concerning your gym, would it only be for residents or would vacationers be welcome also?
I found an old pic of when I was at or below 180.Of course that was 25 years ago, but if I can get anything near that I will be happy
You were in great shape for 40ish.
It is also easy to tell that you never wore than a speedo to the beach or pool because you have no tan line on your legs.
By the way, even though you are trying to improve your physique, you look very good now for someone in their 60s.
I spent 2 hours today out in the 120 room starting to assemble the home gym I bought a year ago. I had to get all the pieces off the floor to make room for the elliptical stepper I bought this morning. My Medicare plan has a $800 fitness allowance that I have to use by the end of the year. I will probably buy some dumbells and some other stuff since it is a use it or lose it thing
