What series of techniques or steps do you use to manipulate a photo?
Return to Discussionsi don't know all the technical terms, but... here are tutorials posted online and on sites such as Deviantart.com
and Worth1000.com that are very good and helpful . My own stuff is pretty simple since I don't know how to use
many of the advanced techniques in my Photoshop program yet . I am slowly learning threw trial and error. I use a Green
Screen Wizard for cloning and back
ground changes , Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X2 for retouching , cropping , adjusting
the lightness/darkness revive color ,
brightness , sp. effects etc . Sometimes
I go too far and have to back up so what I do is save each psd pic at each
.
Just want to comment on how inventive, exceptional and interesting your photos are. You really are looking to take your stuff to a level beyond the basic nude self portrait. Many of us are struggling just to get ourselves in frame and in focus.
Regarding techniques -- I actually do have a somewhat consistent set of digital "dark room" techniques I apply -- not to distort or hide defects on my subject, but to artistically enhance or technically improve the visual quality of the image. These include basic level (histogram) adjustments and color balancing, among others.
Thank you very much
for the compliment it is very kind you. I like to take all kind of picture in different
setting. I want to do more in nature picture just need to find the right spot
for them. I have done a lot of beaches and back yard stuff beach. I only recently
started playing around with green screen stuff. Now I have been looking for
wide open nature spaces where I can take picture .I have been taking them myself
using a tripod and setting the timer.i make it a little harder to get he perfect shot but it still fun.
I love shooting at
the nude beach it has such a nice open Environment with lot of natural light. I
like studio photos too. But you just cant beat scenic view here are a few shot
I took there.
I take most of my photos myself with a tripod and 10sec timer. So I'm guessing where I am in the frame. The resulting photos can also be over (or under) exposed. I use Photoshop to crop photos and adjust exposure. I rarely do any more with it.
