Smooth or Furry?
Return to DiscussionsNo doubt us photograhpy buffs have preferences about what we like to photograph or see in photos. I'm diong a survey on one cheeky aspect (not just in this group): Some nudists don't like to stop at taking thier clothes off. They are not fully naked untill all their body hair is removed too. Lets call them Smoothies. Others see nudity (or naturism) as purely natural and they like to be that way. If they naturally have body hair they keep it. Lets call them Furries. So, do you prefer your men Fury or as Smooth. I've been both so I'm not biassed. Oh and there is a third option that some go for - with body hair but no pubic hair. Please vote for your preference
Oh we are a retecent lot. I recon there are about 250 men in this group (including the male halves of couples), In two months 58 have taken a look at this thread and only one replied. Good on you catbird. Well I thought I could do a survey of my own. With all thes photo-buffs it must be easy to see from the profile photos. How wrong could I be! I've never seen so manyprofiles orpictures set to "friends only". Add in a few that have no nude photos and That's nerely a quarter of us that are hiding.
And the others: Well we are evenly split between those with all their body hair (sometimes trimmed) and those with some removed. Of them, a quarter just remove their pubic hair and the other three quarters are full smoothies. Incidentally, I think the split is fairly similar accross the whole of the TN site.
The peculiarity with this group is the high proportion of "friends only" profiles and photos. Dophoto buffs know something others don't know? Or aresome just interested in taking photos &looking at other people's photos but not showing theirown? I hope not.

Used to be smooth, now hairy.
In 4 months 123 views but still only one reply. After Christmas I thought I'd try the third option, like Catbird. At the end of my Christmas holiday I left my pubic hair on a quiet nudist beach. The trouble is, I could not stop there. The rest of my body hair was removed within a few days. This time I don't mind the daily shaves. So I'm smooth again.
I prefer the smooth look myself or rather I prefer to be smooth.

I think everyone has to choose what look and feel better to them. I feel So
long as there happy and nude is all that matter to me.
I think both are cool and just like other choices, depends on the person, their body type and their period of life to know what looks best on them.
Smooth can be project more youthful while hairy can be convey adult and mature. Smooth can be soft and sensual, but I find the hirsute very masculine and virile.
It really depends on how well the person wears it and what projects a real sense of how they see themselves and who they really are.
