Return to DiscussionsI was researching different ways of doing workouts when I came across this video. Everyone needs to see it, but especially those that are struggling to reach their goals. All I can think after seeing it is that I have no excuses I can make. If I don't succeed, it's because I didn't try hard enough. Tomorrow, I'm hitting the gym and I am pushing myself to the limit and I hope everyone else will do the same. It's the only way to get better.
