Depends where you want to go. Sunset Beach is almost back to normal with some exceptions.
1. Boil water order is in effect
2. No gasoline
3. Groceries somewhat limited

Also roads to the SE NC are problematic at best. Wilmington is still pretty isolated and messed up.
