Hello guys, I have a large furnished (possibly unfurnished if you have your own furniture) Master BR with private bath and large closet space available in my 2BR 2 bath co-op apartment on the border of Forest Hills and Rego Park situated just 1 block from the M/R local at 67th Ave and Queens Blvd. You will have full use of this spacious and renovated apartment. I am looking for a roommate who wants a true share, not someone who shuts himself into his room. It truly is a great location with lots of restaurants, gyms, stores and nightlife all around. I want another guy who is a nudist since I like to be nude at home and feel equal nudity is the best situation - someone who is not shy about being naked and open in front of his roommate. The bedroom is honestly large enough for a couple if any nudist/naturist male couples are looking. My preference is for a single guy but all men will be considered. I live a quiet and vanilla life, no drugs, no weed, wine with dinner ok or an occasional drink here or there, but not into living in a party house. I am a mature semi-retired man who wants to keep his home his refuge from the long hours of work and the craziness of the city.
