You are right, Texas_Charlie. If they are overdone, breasts implants are getting a bit better.
The main reason for starting this group was to show appreciation for women with natural breasts--not to put anyone down for having enhanced breasts.
Also, women with implants are likely to appreciate natural breasts in other women.
Most times it's easy to tell. Once in a while, like with a friend of ours, it takes a bit more than the first look. Most women tend to get augmentations that make them "bigger." Our friend had hers to "fill her out." When women get augmentations to have larger breasts, they also tend to go bigger than they should and the augmented breast appears "too" round, extends the space between both breast over the sternum and the augmented breasts don't sag naturally, they jut straight out or stand straight up while lying down, as stated. Augmented breast also leave a tell tale sign of skin wrinkling on the side of the breast during movement, while hanging straight down or while the woman is lying down. Make no mistake, I think a woman has every right to do what she wants to her body; tattoos, piercings, breast enhancements, breast reductions, plastic surgeries ... it's all her choice. My wife was going to have this procedure done but it was right before the big silcone implant scare and she cancelled the consultation and thoughts of the surgery. Of course, there is ALWAYS the final way to tell if the breasts have implants ... and that's by touch. It doesn't have to be as obvious as taking the breast into your hands and feeling it, it can be while hugging or brushing up against the breast with your arm or part of your body. Many augmented breasts are much harder and not a supple as a natural breast. :D
