I recently enjoyed an extended trip that took me to a part of the world that massage places are plentiful and therefore cheap.Southeast Asia! A total of 10 over 4 weeks. Culturally for the most part the people are modest. Rarely would you much skin displayed in public. Thai massages were all draped. The one in Laos the woman used some draping but shifted it aside whenshe offered me a happy ending. I declined but did inquire how much it would cost she persisted in asking. First offer would have tripled the cost of the massage. I declined again and she decreased it by 1/3. I still declined. She finished the massage
Next up a male masseuse in Hoi An Vietnam. I got 2 from him. He draped me fully for the first one and I honestly got too warm but enjoyed the massage. The 2nd one I book 90 min and at the beginning asked him not to cover me as much. He did fold the towelso I was not as covered up. when I rolled over I just tossed the towel aside his response was to use a much smaller towelto cover up my groin. No offers for happy endings either time.
In Cambodia where massages are real cheap, like $13 for a 4 handed hour long massage. No attempt was made to drape. Started out laying there face down , half way through rolled over everything exposed. no draping in sight. It is odd to negotiate a price for an offered happy ending while the masseuses where actively neither party wanting to be the one to make the first offer. We worked something out, all parties happy with the ending.
