I will ponder my answer while i mow the next section of yard. The 3 must have clothes on sections are done, now i get to do the fun part. The naked section. I know one thing my ideal home would have all the mowing nudeable.
I would buy some watered land in Arizona, build a house out of concrete. That would keep it cheap and the thick walls would be massive enough to make heating/cooling an easy task. The floors would have radiant heat,so no more cold feet. I would build a firing range just out back so I could shoot every day if I wished. If there wasn't already a stream or lake I would build a pool.
First rule of real estate is location, location, location. I'd like to live in a gated nudist community. That would eliminate the problem of prudish neighbors and having to hide behind walls or fences or whatever. So mowing the front yard in view of the street would be no problem. Beyond that, the usual lottery winner amenities. Pool, tennis court, helicopter pad,..... you know.... just normal stuff.
I hate to sound greedy (or indecisive) but I would buy two houses: one in town, another in the mountains.
I'm an urban kind of guy. I like the amenities that I find in a big city: diversity of people, cultural activities, festivals, walkable streets and interesting places to walk to, good restaurants, public transit. I'd have a relatively modest house--probably 1500 s.f. or so in an older (more walkable) neighborhood. Enough of a yard to futz around in, but nothing too much to care for. A fenced back yard with enough privacy to be nude, and an outdoor shower.
The second house would be similarly modest in size, but on a couple of acres in the mountains a couple of hours away. A big screen porch is a must, as is a big fireplace indoors. There would be enough privacy that I could be naked whenever I was here.
Not too much to dream about, is it?

any part of my property. The property would be mostly flat. I'd
have a pool, spa, basketball court, tennis court/pickle ball court,
baseball diamond, soccer field/football field, sand volleyball
court,large patio (covered and latticed), outdoor kitchen,
wine and beer tap, minimum 10 acres ... I'll figure out all the
other amenities as I dream a bit more! :D
Much like the rest of you so far, I like the idea of it being in a nudist community especially. That avoids the problem of neighbours seeing you naked and making out they're upset, besides it means you may well be able to socialise with some of them should you want to without any need for stupid clothing. With money no problem I'd like this nudist community to be somewhere that year round nudity outdoors is possible and by the sea with other natural places close by that can be explored/hiked nude as I really like being nude in nature.
As for the house; due to the location being warm year round it wouldn't need much in the way of heating or insulation. I'd like somewhere that opens up easily, so as its airy, almost like being outside but sheltered from and strong winds that may occur. I like being outside so a pool and hottub would be good and I'd like to have enough land to grow lots of fruit and veg, nude gardening is a great way to feel close to nature.
I love the nudist way of life and have long thought that I'd like to be permanently nude, except for trips out this set up would mean that I could live for days on end naked.
Quite simple. I would build (or just buy) an apartment in one of the gated communities in Vera Playa, Spain. I'd be in a nudist estate, able to walk anywhere naked, dine and drink naked and enjoy the nudist Mediterranean beach. The gated communities have swimming pools (I'd chose one with an indoor pool for the winter and an outdoor pool for the summer). They also have sports facilities. My apartment would have parking for two cars, two double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms; A large sitting room with kitchenette andleading onto a large roof terrace or garden. It would have air-con in all rooms capable of heating the apartment in winter. And I'd have the internet and English TV via satellite. Hopefully my friends would come to visit. I have been there in December when daytime temperatures were warm enough to be naked. Being retired I won't need to work.
Maybe I'm somewhat ignoring the "Not a record value or anything mind boggling, just enough that you could build or buy your ideal home for home nudism." part of this but I'd buy a small island in the Caribbean or South Pacific with a house on it (nothing too fancy) and some other quarters so that we could have friends and/or rent out a few rooms on may Naked Island.
Unfortunately, I don't think my wife would go for this, may a bit of the time but not all.
Don't need the lottery. Last year we bought a lot with 435 feet of waterfront on a tributary of the Rappahannock River near the mouth with the Chesapeake Bay. It has a full southern exposure and the house design will open onto a patio and pool. We have enough privacy to fully enjoy being in the buff in and around the pool. The house will have radiant heat and be on one level. Also set back from the road. Right now, I am enjoying our current patio and working on my no tan lines tan in the sun we have hear in Virginia right now. Can only do about 30 minutes max as I don't use sunscreen.
If you can dream it... you're halfway there. ... So what's stopping you? ...All you need
is someone to help you find a way to develop a royalty income... or
some regular type of income that does not consume all of your fun
time... In spite of what some people would have you believe, the
possibilities are increasing daily. ... especially, since the
internet and the online marketing explosion began at the turn of
the 21st century... The lottery offers a very low chance of
significant profit ... it is still a possibility ... but
only one... Would anyone like to suggest some others?
... If you come up with a good one... then, you would
be more than half way to your dream lifestyle. If you were
to share it, just imagine how much fun you could have with all your
friends:-) xD
