Naked At Home - 2014 / 2024 -

For people who like to be naked in the house...

I wish that more people were nudists in our area. I am sure everyone has the same issue in their home towns.

I'm sure there are plenty of nudists in your area. They just stay under the radar and quietly live naked at home privately.
The trouble with meeting someone is that if you go to a beach or resort you're stuck with them if they don't work out well. We never minded getting to know people at Glen Eden if it was a natural evolution of friendship. In that case you can sort of weed out people who don't seem to gel with your opinions, politics and common interests. Many years ago I got to know a guy in town here through a now defunct nudist board and on Yahoo I.M. This was before Yahoo changed their messaging so you could sign on invisible and make yourself invisible to select people. EVERY single time I signed on he was there within seconds bugging me. He was unemployed and bored. He would latch on to someone and follow them around. I can just imagine what would have happened if we had met and done a few things in person. It would have been like conjoined twins.
As people get to know you there's always the possibility that you can meet. So many times with people you both run out of things to say and someone is always very uncomfortable with the silence. They feel obligated to always have something to say and to do EVERYTHING together. That's part of why others don't want to meet. Getting stuck and not having space to breathe, so to speak.

RE: Local nudists

There are likely plenty of nudists in all areas, but the keep quiet about it for various reasons. For couples and females, the ones I've spoken with all say the same about nudist sites, they get so many messages from guys that want pics they just leave, sad for the rest of us.

Good idea. Maybe he should email AANR and see what it takes to become an approved non-landed group and he might get some takers. It'll be slow at first but stick with it.

Hi,
I'm actually in your area. You met my friend Jeff one time we were at CFR. I live in Harrisburg (near the speedway). Jeff is going to join TrueNudists.

RE: Local nudists

Always looking to meet other local nudist. I am one of the officers in our local AANR nudist club, we have approximately 20 members, but I know there are many other nudist outside our club that I wouldalso like to meet. I believe there are a lot of nudist out there, but it is hard to meet because most people don't make it publicly known they are nudist for, fear of rejection and/or people thinking there is something wrong with them. Anyone in the Buffalo, N.Y. area I would like to meet you. If you would like to see our club website, it is niagaranaturist.org

RE: Local nudists

I joined this site and have continued to support it for many years in hopes of meeting other locals. So far only one couple, who have moved to a resort so we again have to drive two hours to spend time with others nude. There are of course a couple single men that I have met also, but my wife would prefer hanging out with other couples.
