Naked At Home - 2014 / 2024 -

For people who like to be naked in the house...

One thing I have noticed at work is that I get warmer easier and can't wait to get home and strip! Home now and it feels sooooo good! Anyone else have that problem when you have to be dressed?

Makes sense ... we're normally completely clothed at work. Some of us wear uniforms, some are in suits and ties and others are outside working in the sun. Your body needs to regulate core temp. Lots of heat escapes from the top of your head but when you're clothed, there could be more heat building up that can't escape fast enough through your head ... hence, you feel very hot and lose energy.
Our skin is the largest organ of our body. It needs to oxygen just like the rest of our organs. Ever feel the change in your mood, your energy, your well being when you've stripped off the very clothes that are keeping your skin from breathing. We were in the car with the A/C on, returning home from a trip. I was nearly completely naked; all I had on was a sport shirt, unbuttoned but my wife was completely dressed and she felt sluggish and tired. Once home and I got the shirt off, I felt better but she stripped in the laundry room and within a minute, she was energetic and helping with the unloading, unpacking and even started the laundry! We're back in our environment and I think it's not only physical but also mental and we do feel better when we are naked!

RE: Overheated

I spend 9 hours a day in a metal bldg that soaks up the summer sun and no ac. (I've seen temps in August hitting over 120 deg.) I for one, am nude within moments of getting home. Only then will my body cool to a comfortable level.

That's how I myself got started being nude when ever I get a chance! Had to have a kidney transplant in 2001 and it is necessary I have to take anti-rejection drugs for the rest of my life. Soon after that my body temperature changed and the only relief I got was to strip!! And so it started!! I love it!

Since I'm retired I very seldom get dressed unless I'm leaving the house. Some days I don't leave at all just because I hate to put on clothes!

Working at home all the time definitely has its work non-attire benefits!

RE: Overheated

Mar is having body temp issues at the moment and is often very hot. Even naked and with no bedding on, she can be too hot to sleep - me cuddling her doesn't help tho :-)
She finds it bearable most of the time but today had to dress for work. Within minutes she was suffering.
My office has good insulation which keeps it warm in winter, but means it gets hot during the summer (all 3 days of it)
For the last two years I've driven home bottomless and by the end of the day can't wait. even just taking my shoes and socks off is a relief. As soon as I'm home the shirt is off and I immediately feel better.
Although there isn't much sun at the moment, it's warm enough when I get home to have at least 10 - 15 minutes sat outdoors. There, my skin can REALLY breath, and I feel so refreshed I can't describe it.

Within minutes she was suffering.Has Mar seen a doctor about her high body core heat? Is it a new challenge or has she always been this way? Or is she having hot flashes? Asking because I have a high body core heat, I am always too hot, always have been. Recently a new heat started where all my muscles became hot all at once. My wife said I was having hot flashes but when I described this to my doctor I was immediately sent to the lab for blood work which proved I am now suffering from an autoimmune disease, polymyalgia. Muscles heating up all at once for no apparent reason is one of the symptoms. Just asking to make certain she is OK.
