Hurghada and Barcelona

I assume you mean Hurghada, Egypt. A year or so ago, there was a poster on here that claimed there was a legal nude beach in the area, but he would never give any details. A google search showed there was a hotel that attempted it, but was shut down by the local authorities rather quickly. I wouldn't risk it anywhere around Hurghada. While I have seen the occasional discrete topless woman in the immediate vicinity of the hotels, it is a risk in a rather strict Muslim country. If you really need to get your nude on and don't have access to a private area, I would travel out to the desert somewhere and get far off the road. If your not used to the desert sun, be careful and pay attention to the burn.
Haven't been to Barcelona, but I suspect there are plenty of publicly available beaches/resorts/parks. Just do a google search.
