Naked At Home - 2014 / 2024 -
For people who like to be naked in the house...
No Tan Lines
Return to DiscussionsHow do you go about getting that all over tan? I have enough privacy on our patio that I can lay out nude to get that all over tan--no tan lines (except in a couple of creases). I don't use sunscreen and only go out for short durations. I have been able to get out after work (I get home around three.)for nearly every day for two weeks now. I now stay out for about 40 minutes. No burning just tanning.
I occasionally get faint lineson top of my all over tanwhere t-shirt sleeves, shorts etc have been when I'm caught with clothes on in sunny weather. They don't last long and go away as soon as I've been nude outside again. I generally have a uniform all over tan as we livenudeyear round at home and socialise a lot as nudists. We live near nudist beaches and are lucky enough to have built up a circle of friends who we spend a lot of time naked with. Life hasn't always been as nude, its got a lot more naked since we've lived near nude beaches, which we visit as often as we can when the weather is good, as a consequence we maintain a decent all over tan that lasts. We have many photos of our lives as nudists going back many years and its very rare to see anything that resembles a tan line, we hope it stays that way, we love being nudists.
I guess it's okay to boast about my all-over tan among like minded
nudists. I tan really quickly. In the Spring, after being in the
sun only a few times, I'm often looking like others might not look
until the middle of Summer. My grandparents migrated to the US from
Southern Italy. I'd describe my complexion as
Mediterranean and sometimes say, jokingly, that I must have a lot
of olive oil running thru my veins!
My house is in a rural area and sits on the rear corner of 20 forestedacres, so nearly everything done outside is done naked. It isn't hard to maintain an all-over tan. Except when weather dictates protection, the only concession to no-clothes is when I'm string trimming. I trim some pretty nasty stuff (multi floral rose) and I wear canvas pants then to keep from driving debris into my legs!

Typically, because we live naked, most of the time, every time we are outside working in our backyard ... we are naked. You'd be surprised at where the sun shines when you're working in the yard! Yard work, fixing or building things outside, relaxing around our pool, entertaining nudist friends, frequent trips to our club, the nude beach and to resorts. We are very fortunate to have a private enough property to allow us to be naked in our backyard and our club is only 30 minutes away and the beach and resorts are only an hour away.
Just living nude and having that ability to be naked outside at all times is how we keep No Tan Lines! :D
I get a sort of tan line where I have to have shorts on at times and even less a te shirt on with most of my nudist time I am gardening so my tummy has less tan, and the area which most people cover with pants doesn't get much of a tan due to been bending over most of the time so must do some sun bathing to get rid of this pale area.
I've only been doing the all over tan for two years and both times did it wrong.
Last year I wanted a nice tan for my wedding photo's (to hide a mild but persistent case of rosatia). Having never sun bathed in my life I had no idea what to do.
Left alone for the day I went and sat out in the garden. I kept moving to try to get the sun on every part of my body evenly, but nothing was happening - despite it being a warm and sunny day. I put it down to the face that clouds would sometime obscure the sun.
Eventually, at about 5:30 it was cooling down so I went indoors, but having had a lovely day I wanted it to continue and took my book into the conservatory - a little disappointed on the lack of tan. By the time Mar got home 90 minutes later, I was a florescent lobster.
This year, when we *finally* got a day of sunshine we enjoyed it together. This time I knew better, and kept going between sunshine and shade, and moving regularly. That was, until I fell asleep on my front on the sun lounger.
Needless to say I ended up with a sore back for a few days. Thankfully my bum didn't tan so I could sit down. Depressingly, the backs of my legs didn't tan either - they never do, not does Mar's.
