Naked At Home - 2014 / 2024 -

For people who like to be naked in the house...

I have noticed that in the postings on various discussion boards there is a classification under the profile name. I have seen textile, barefoot, undies only, topless, and super nudist to name a few. Is this in reference to the amount of postings one puts on the discussion boards? I am just curious.

RE: Question

I am rapidly approaching my post # 101.After that until I reach post # 251 (that's a lot of posts) - I and everyone else will see Undies Only on all my posts. That will be embarrassing for someone who went commando many years ago - and has never looked back. Here I join a NUDIST site and they insist on putting underwear on me - strange ... ;-) Expect frequent and short messages from me until I get through this and reach Butt Naked - where I will be much more comfortable and could happily spend the rest of my life ;-)Made it !!!

RE: Question

I don't need an arbitrary ranking system to justify my nudity (as I place another comment, lol)This is exactly the way I feel. There are "Ultra Nudists" here that contribute NOTHING to almost any discussion they post on and yet ... they've amassed thousands of posts and Ultra Nudist level.
There are some here that have contributed much, much less and have added to the conversation, discussion and given some good advice, instead of the thousands of sarcastic posts that have attributed to a few Ultra Nudists post count and ranking level.
It's all in the content of what you post and not how many you accumulate. ;-)

RE: Question

Apparently I just took my shoes offCongratulations on now being a nudist without shoes (?). I agree that the level is arbitrary and a bit ridiculous for a nudist web site. That said, obviously some like playing the game.
And yet if I'm nude outside I usually have flip flops on my feet, otherwise I'm buck naked. Can we say, HA?
I'm sure those who are active on the forums find it cute and fun.

RE: Question

It simply refers to the number of pictures you have posted on your profile. It may not always be up to date, but according to the site, the more pics you post, the more nude you are.Funny. The site itself doesn't understand nudism. Interesting.

RE: Question

So, I'm undies only?
Well, I'm a nudist. I really am.
There are some members on the site that are exhibitionists, voyeurs...or simply people posting all over the place trying to get others into chat to get naked and be....not exactly true nudists...but they will rank as more of a nudist than me.
Anyone find that humorous? Sad, but somewhat humorous. Maybe simply ironic.
Makes you wonder about the intent of the site.

RE: Question

So now when we know that "many posts = cooler rating", how long time will it take before anyone creates a forum called "Post here to get a cool rating" filled with thousands of empty messages? ;-)
Or has it already happened? The way the system is set up it can certainly encourage people to keep posting so as the ratings system means they are recognised as nudists. There were times I logged on here and laughed when my ranking said something like 'undies only' while I was sat at the computer nude, I have been living naked at home for many years throughout the year. It did feel like I was actually accepted by TN as the nudist I am once I got to the number which meant the ranking rated me as being naked. I've kept on posting messages, but there may have been that little bit of encouragement to post more while TN still graded me as having some textiles on.

RE: Question

Yes, it's an indication of how many posts youhave made. If you click on "FORUMS" in the information bar across the top of your page, go to Forum Heading "Rules for Posting Here" If you scroll thru the entires there's onetitled "Nudist catergories" that lists them:. . 000 Posts = Textile011 Posts = Barefoot051 Posts = Topless101 Posts = Undies Only251 Posts = Butt Naked501 Posts = Super Nudist1001 Posts = Super Nudist Level #22001 Posts = Super Nudist Level #33001 Posts = Super Nudist Level #44001 Posts = Super Nudist Level #55001 Posts = Ultra Super Nudist Level #16001 Posts = Ultra Super Nudist Level #2. .. It appears they've dropped the Super Nudist Levels #2, #3, etc.but insteadjust list Super Nudist w/ the number of posts. For example, mine says Super Nudist [1865] if you look at my heading above. ..Thanks for that!

Or has it already happened? It has not only, alreadyhappened, here but on most other nudist sites that insist on ranking their members ... as if being ranked Ultra Nudist or Super Nudist means anything to those that are here to communicate, advise, share experiences, share opinions ... without the sarcasm or the one word, one line posts ... just to boost their count and their ranking.
One line, one word responses contribute nothing. "I agree," "Yes", "No", "Me too", "I do that", ... those are typical responses that boost someone's post count and ranking but what do they actually contribute? Expanding on those initial response to include some experience or a similar but different opinion or approach to a topic or situation is what makes a thread more interesting and enjoyable to stay involved in.
Regrettably, it's these ranking systems that get so many members contributing nothing to forum topics but it makes them feel better to have a higher ranking than others and maybe proves to themselves that they are the supremenudists they think they are.
;-)
