when did u first discover you were a nudist
Return to DiscussionsI realized I was a nudist after the first time I attended a clothing optional yoga event. I was really nervous when I was driving to the location. When I arrived, I opened the door and saw everyone naked. AI found my corner and removed my clothes. Surprisingly I felt at home and was really comfortable. I knew then that I was a nudist.
Stated when I was 13ish, sleeping naked and being nude in my room. I just expanded from there..
i read that it could have been me, i even did every peacce of homework nude in my room i just had 2 wear my robe 2 dinner, oddly i went from bs cs and a few d's to a's and b'si even made the deans list in coilege homework nude is the way 2 go
I slept nude for many years. Stopped wearing underwear (because it feels more natural) for many years. Went to some extraordinary lengths to lie out in the sun nude and not be seen. Only once I found out what nudismwas (from this site, actually, 4 years ago) did I realize I had been one for many years already.
So, I was a nudist for many years before I discovered that I was a nudist. Very liberating, actually.
As far as I can remember I always loved to be clothes free.. My Mom and me we two were in the house most of the time as dad used to be away for his job.. Now I realized Mom always loved to keep me nude..She told me many times sunlight on skin keeps you fit and she always ensured I bath completely clothes free.. She was always telling me not to wear any underwear too.. but as it happens with most of us after reaching a certain age and being enlightened by our grown up buddies about human bodies and its various parts I gradually started feeling shy to be nude in the open.. But one fateful day when I was having a shower Mom suddenly opened the door and found me clothed.. as a mamma's boy I always tried to please her.. she told me again to have bath clothes free as it would be easier to soap and keep myself clean..then she removed her clothes there only and started having bath nude.. that inspired me a lot and I too thrown off my clothes..that's the beginning.. we both used to be nude at home whenever Dad was away.. It all continued till I left home for my Grad College Hostel..
I don't think I ever *discovered* it, it just evolved.
When I finally had the house to myself, once I got home from work I stopped getting changed and simply got naked. It grew from there, and I still do the same now :-)
For me it wasn't about when I started getting naked. I did that as a child and through all my adult life. It was in secret or when alone. It is when I recognised that what I was doing wasn't that odd. I discovered lots of others doing it here on TN, all quite normal people. It was good to add a label to what I was doing - and then start doing it with vigour. That was very late in life, only 6 years ago.
i have always enjoyed a skinny dip, but was always only when we
were only ones on beach. in 2012 i went nude on cable beach in
Broome w.a. i had tried being naked in public years before at
a nude beach, that time i felt uncomfortable being naked in public.
once i got my gear off at cable beach i felt so comfortable that i
guess that was when i realised i was a nudist. as we continued to
tour australia i went nude around the camp whenever possable, wife
not a nudist but is OK with my being nude. harley
As a little boy I never liked clothes I was always getting told put your clothes back on!! When I really discovered that I enjoyed being nude was when I was around 11 or 12 years old!! In the summer I would spend a lot of time with my grandparents or an uncle and aunt, they lived in the country!! There was the woods and the creek that ran through my grandparents property and I would go nude skinny dipping or just walk the woods!! My uncle had a pasture that was way in the back of his place so I rode his horse back there, but one clear of the house off came my clothes!! It really must have been the start of puberty that I realized I was a nudist!!
