Naked At Home - 2014 / 2024 -

For people who like to be naked in the house...

I am surprised how many TrueNudists post pictures of them self in a thong or T shirt. While a thong may be sexy it does not seem to be what a true nudist would post. I if want to be nude, I want to be totally nude. Other thoughts?

RE: Thongs?

I don't see the point of wearing that little strip of cloth around my waist. The "little strip" around my waist is not the little strip that bothers me lol!

Hahaha, very funny responses. Yes, we are all nudists and being naked is the best feeling, however when at a textile beach and some form of garment must be worn...why not thongs? Our local beach is not nude legally, we can find small out of the way places to be nude, but if we want to be at main beach, we need to wear something. I have thongs, g-strings and a pouch I've designed to wear at these times. Thongs have a place at public/hotel pools as well. I prefer to be nude, but when I can't, wear as little as possible.

I have a crotchless thong. It's great on the beach. Lot's of people ask me where I got it. It's a lot of fun to wear to. But I do agree, you're not naked unless you're NAKED! :)

In reply to those who find thongs uncomfortable because of the fabric between the legs, this can be because many manufacturers insist on putting two bulky hem seams on the crotch fabric. My solution is to wear g-strings and not to pull them up so tight that the string irritates.

Wow,
I am surprised at how many responses this topic generated. But to clarify what I was really talking about was people posting pictures in thongs clearly taken inside their house. Not at a clothing optional resort or beach. Most do have some totally naked pictures so protecting themselves is not the issue. I can understand wearing a thong or jock at clothing optional places to ease in to it might be needed.

yes, understood what you were asking and what the topic was about. Sometimes these threads just go off in another direction when subsequent posters respond to what someone else says in their response ... like me! hahahahahaha
I don't get it, don't understand it ... if you're going to profess being a nudist, join a nudist site, go through all the trouble of posting pictures ... why would any nudist post pictures of themselves, willingly, in a thong or in clothes. THAT ... doesn't make much sense. :-)

I am surprised how many TrueNudists post pictures of them self in a thong or T shirt.I just can't imagine ever wearing a thong or G string or jock strap. I hate my bits being confined. In the textile world I'm dressed but without any underwear.I wear a light wrap ifI need cover on the way to the nude beach. I can see the purpose in wearing a T shirt if it is too cold to be naked. But I think it looks comical when a man is naked only below the waist. And why have them in photos? Wearing just a T shirt or a thong can look more sexy than total nudity. Are we into sexy or into true nudism? So, generally for me, total nudity is best in a nude venue and in photos.

In Australia we wear them on our feet.

Who are we to say what photos someone chooses to upload. A thong photo (if real) is better than no photo at all like so may profiles exhibit. No one, that I read, is "saying what photos someone chooses to upload..." most of us are simply stating our opinions on thongs and those that post pictures of themselves in thongs. Just stating our opinions ... just as you have stated yours! ;-)

RE: Thongs?

I wear thongs daily when dressed as one of those strange characters that find them comfortable, though that depends on the brand. If I need to go outside my fence at home I from time to time wear one instead of a wrap.
If in a place where I can be nude I will be, but wearing clothing and having things bouncing and rubbing , for me, is uncomfortable
